Invoice vs Calculated (Manual Billing)

Checks the invoice cost with the calculated Sigma bill cost and will fail if out of the tolerance threshold.

Variable	Description
Bill will pass validation in the Query Value is less than (£)	Enter a monitory figure, for example 0.1 The Validator will only fail if the value of the difference is above 10p
Tolerance value (%)	The percentage you want the invoiced and calculated costs to be within. For example, enter 0 for 0%, therefore there should be no difference between the two fields

Invoice cost differs from calculated: FAILED - The name of the Validator

'tolerance=0.00' -The amount of acceptable difference, ie 0%

'upperthreshold=150.50' - The amount of the acceptable higher threshold, £150.50 (0% higher than the Invoice cost of £150.36)

'MinimumQueryValue=0.10' - The minimum difference in the two figures before the validator fails, ie 10p

'lowerthreshold=150.50 - The amount of the acceptable lower threshold, £150.50 (0% lower than the invoice cost of £150.36)

'totalCharge=150.36' - The figure entered in the Invoice cost field

'QueryValue=0.14' - The difference between the Invoice cost and the Bill this period figures, ie £150.36 - £150.50 = -£0.14
