Bill Query Management (Cost Recovery)

A Query can be added to an Item in Sigma.  It is usually a query regarding failed Validation or an issue with the Meter, but could be a query on the Site itself.

Whichever Item your query is on, it can be added to the database to be worked on at a later date.
