Closed Site Account

GB – ClosedSiteAccount

Prevents invoices being saved if the Site or Account is closed. There are two settings:

Variable	Description
Check for active account	Will fail the validation if the account is not flagged as Active
Allow bills prior to site closed date	Will check the To date of the current bill and compare it to the closed date of the site. If the To date is later than the closed date it will fail validation
