Tenancy Management

Sigma allows you to capture details of each of your Tenants’, giving you the confidence that each tenant is paying the appropriate amount for the space(s) they occupy and services they use throughout their period of tenancy. You will have full visibility of all current and historical tenancies and their billing history, including bills that may be outstanding for issue.
Tenants which share the same billing properties can be grouped together for simplified bill processing (e.g. billing frequency, invoice number prefix).

Please note the assumption is that the core structure has been put in place so that the relevant tenants can be setup. This includes Sites, Building Units, Meters, Accounts, Contracts and Tariffs.
