Change of Tenancy

You will have Tenants moving in and out, so to ensure lost revenue is minimised and continuity of invoicing, the change of tenancy wizard will allow you to transfer billing of an account to a new tenant when a tenant has moved. You will also be able to issue final bills to the incumbent tenant based on usage up to the end of tenancy date as soon as the change of tenancy has been actioned, to ensure final balances can be paid efficiently. This section explains the expected business process to be followed.
