Run History for Manual Imports
Introduction
The Run History details show in the Importing Activity when an import has been run manually.
More details on how to run Imports can be found here:
Once the data has been imported, you can view the progress of the Import, including viewing the run details and downloading the log file.
Opening the Importing Activity
- Click on Importing
   Â
Refreshing the Run History
This is performed from the Importing Activity:
- Open the Importing Activity
- Click on the Refresh icon in the Run History section
- The screen will refresh to show the latest import, and its status (success or failed)

Available Columns
The default setting is to show the following columns:

Adding/hiding columns
- Click on the downward arrow on the Column Header
- Click Columns
- Tick / Untick as required
If you have added additional columns and want to see the data more clearly, double click on the ellipse  to make the section full screen
Double click again on the ellipse to reduce the section.

Filtering
If you want to filter to specific data, such as Failures:
- Click on  for the Filter options to show
     Â
- Enter the filter criteria and the screen will adjustÂ
    Â
- Remove the filter data, and then click  again to remove the Filter option
Sorting Columns
- Columns can also be sorted by clicking in the Column name in the Column HeaderÂ

Run Details
To see the details of the Import:
- Highlight the Import you want to check
- Click  to show the Run Details pop up
     Â
Run Details Options
- Filter - shows the filter barÂ
- Refresh - click to refresh the data
- Title - shows the title shows the Importer used, ie IMSev - From file basic hr0030
- Diagnostics - click to see further details on the Import, such as the earliest and latest dates in the data (only available if the Import has been successful)
- Excel - click to export details to Excel

If the Import has been successful, you can see the Diagnostics:
- Click  to see further details on the Import, such as the earliest and latest dates in the data

Diagnostic OptionsÂ
- Filter - shows the filter barÂ
- Refresh - click to refresh the data
- Edit the Item - opens the Channel Editor for the line you have highlighted
- Excel - click to export details to ExcelÂ

Spot Checking the Data
Once the data has been imported, use the Diagnostics to link you to a Channel to check the data
- From the Run History section, right click on the Import > Run Details
- Right click on the Import line > Diagnostics OR
- Click Diagnostics at the top of the pop up
This will show all of the data that has been imported
    Â
- Right click on a line > Edit Item to open the Channel Editor
- Note that the following are in line with what you have just imported:
- The Date range
- The Latest import time and date
- The Latest Importer used
          Â
- Click Edit Data to view all the values for that Channel to spot check a particular time and date

Downloading the Log File
Only available if there is a Y in the Log column
    Â
- Highlight the Import
- Click  and the file will be downloaded to your desktopÂ
    Â
Excel
- Click  and the columns you have showing on screen will be downloaded
    Â
Right click options
The above options are available by right clicking on an Import:
