Users can subscribe to get automatic notifications when any posts are added/updated.

Any User can subscribe - see below for details.

Automatic Notifications

Automatic Notifications can be set up to receive the following:

• Details of any planned maintenance

• Details of any severely degraded performance

• Latest set of degree days

Signing up for Automatic Notifications

• Click on the following link:

  • https://sigmasem.site24x7statusiq.com/

Once the page has opened:

• Click SUBSCRIBE (top right)

Open

• Subscriber Name - enter your name

• Subscriber Email - enter your email address

• Enter CAPTCHA - copy the CAPTCHA details

• Click Subscribe to email notifications

The next page will open:

Open

• Subscriber Name - enter your Name

• Email Address - enter your Email Address

• Tick one or both of the following options: (both are ticked as default)

  • Sigma - General Information

    • receive information such as degree day updates and other none system related issues for Sigma

  • Sigma - System Availability

    • receive information on downtime and and issues relating to Sigma

Tip: It is advisable to tick both options to ensure you get all notifications.

Saving the Subscription

• Click Save Preferences (bottom left)

Confirmation Email(s)

 A confirmation email will be sent and is active for 24 hours.

• Click Confirm Subscription

Note: If you have subscribed to both, you will get two confirmation emails - click on both.

Amending/Unsubscribing

• Click on the following link:

  • https://sigmasem.site24x7statusiq.com/

• Click SUBSCRIBE

• Click Manage Existing Subscription

• Email Address - enter your email address

• Enter CAPTCHA - copy the CAPTCHA details

• Click Get Manage Link to send an email

From the email:

• Click Manage Subscription to open the Subscription Details page

• Make any changes and click Save Preferences OR

• Click Unsubscribe
