Our support resource includes:

  • Sigma HelpDesk - the role of the HelpDesk is to serve as a single point of contact for customer related Sigma application information requests, guidance and problem management. The HelpDesk team are available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00. You can contact them using our HelpDesk application to lodge a request online, they will respond within 20 minutes, or by calling the team on 01908 690018 and selecting option 2.

  • Training Videos - we have created a number of short videos to help you use Sigma. You can access these training videos form this Online User Manual here.
  • Training - a number of training courses are available for delivery at your business location our at our Milton Keynes training facility. Contact your account manager for details.
  • Regional Support Groups - these events are interactive, and include Sigma software training, updates on energy industry changes affecting your business, sharing ideas through group sessions and input to the Sigma software roadmap.
