This section shows how to merge columns such as Site Name, Account Number and also how to unmerge columns (useful if you want to download the data and them manipulate it).

To merge columns, you need to Edit the Report (if it is only on your database) or Copy and Edit the Report

Copying/Editing the Report

• Right click on the Report > Copy OR
  • If you are already in the Report: Click Report > Edit (top right hand corner)

Merging Columns

• Click Column Formatting (top of the Report)
• Highlight the Column you want to merge
• Ensure the slider is on
• Click X to close the pop up and save

The Report will now show as follows:

Unmerging Columns

• Click Column Formatting (top of the Report)
• Highlight the Column you want to merge
• Ensure the slider is off
• Click X to close the pop up and save

The Report will now show as follows:

Saving the Changes

• Click Publish and save the Report
