Accessing Bureau Support Portal

You will need a User ID and Password to access the Bureau Support Portal, please contact your Bureau Service Delivery manager who will organise the set-up and issuing of your password. 

Logging In

The Bureau Support Portal is web based and therefore accessed via a web browser. Follow a few simple steps to log in:

1). go to the Bureau Support Portal URL: https://www.teamenergy.com/bureauportal. If you have problems accessing the URL check with your IT team to see if you need to get the URL white listed.

2). enter your email and password

3). click  to move to the Bureau Support Homepage.

There are three main components of the Bureau Support Portal:

1. Cases
2. Documents
3. FAQ.

Use the top navigation bar to access these features:

Cases

Emails and requests sent to the Bureau team are recorded as Cases. From the Bureau Support Portal users can view and update all Cases and create new Cases. From the homepage click .

^{To filter the types of Cases displayed use the drop down  to filter the Cases displayed:}

From the Case list mouse over and click on any Case entry to view the individual Case details:

From the individual Case view to update the Case click , to attach a document to the Case click  and to close the Case click .

The Bureau team will be automatically notified with regards to any updates made to Cases.

Documents

The Bureau team will publish, via the Bureau Support Portal, all documentation with regards to the operation of your Bureau service to include Service Delivery Reports and Meeting Notes for example. To access these documents click .

From the Document view to add a document click , to download and view a document click .
