GB – BillReadsAgainstSelfReadChannel
This Validator checks the consumption entered in the bill against the non-periodic self read channel.
It looks at both the reading values and dates from each channel. It will accrue from the two previous self-reads to match the most recent bill date, giving an accurate reading of what the self read value would have been on the day the bill was issued.
This highlights any errors that could have generated from either source.
The Validator requires the following for it to work:
- The Account and the Meter both need to be in a Supply Point
- The Meter Serial Number to be entered into the Sigma bill entry screen
- The Meter to have a Non-periodic Channel
- The Non-periodic Channel to have a Property Key (ELECTRIC only)
