Data Tab

Option	Explanation
Image Modified	Refresh Refreshes either the formatting or the report
Image Modified	Report Formatting Formats the fonts, rows and cells. You can also add borders, headers, footers, titles etc
Image Modified	Column Formatting Allows you to format the columns to amend the title, add prefix or suffix, remove decimal points, sort the data, add borders, change the font etc
Image Modified	Conditional Formatting Allows you to format a column and colour code the writing or add an icon if a certain criteria is met. For instance, if the figure/fact is higher than, lower than, equal to, is a null etc
Image Modified	Filter Allows you to change the options on the Filtering, ie make a particular Filter mandatory
Image Modified	Smart Analysis Allows Energy Intelligence to suggest visualisations such as graphs, pie charts, line graphs, maps etc. There are over 50 different visualisations in EI

Chart Tab

Option	Explanation
Image Modified	Refresh Refreshes either the formatting or the report
Image Modified	Chart Settings This changes the size and position, the style and interaction. For instance, you may want the chart below the table or customise the pie chart colours width etc
Image Modified	Title You can rename the table and change the fonts etc
Image Modified	Legend Allows you to state where you want the legend to be, add a border, shape etc
Image Modified	Axis You can format grid lines, add a plot or chart border etc
Image Modified	Background Lets you add things like a background colour, chart border etc
Image Modified	Labels Allows you to show or hide Labels
Image Modified	Series Toggle on or off the aggregation label or turn the chart monochrome.

Image Modified	Export Allows you to export by various means such as PDF, Excel etc.
Image Modified	Table On/Off Allows you to toggle the tabular data on or off.
