Email Notifications

When an Administrator has created an Account, the User will receive two emails.

  • The first one will give details of the Company Name and the User Name and is for information only, no action is required 
    • These will make up the logon details  -  sigmademo/kgower

  • The second one contains a link for the User to click on and set their password
    • As stated in the email, the link will expire in 4 hours
      • If this happens, an Admin User could reset the password, or the User can reset it themselves

  • When you click on the link, the following appears:

  • Click on Click here to proceed

  • Enter the password in both the New Password and Confirm password fields

  • Click Submit
    • If you do not meet the Password criteria, the following appears:

  • When successful, the following appears:

Accessing Sigma

Access to Sigma is via  via your web browser.

At the login screen:

  • Enter your details in the three fields:
    • Company - the company name for your database
    • Username - your User name (as set up by your Administrator)Username (company/user) - the Company name/User name, ie sigmademo/kblake
    • Password - the password created by you (following the email received for you to reset it)

Logging out of Sigma

  • Click    Account Information
  • Click Sign out

Timing out

Sigma will automatically log the User out if the following criteria is reached:

  • Click  to return to the log on screen
  • Enter your details (company name, user name and password):

  • Click Sign in to return to the first tab you opened during the session
