Site Monthly Profile Report
This report shows the consumption for a specified month and uses a Cost Definition to calculate the cost of the different rates. The graph is colour coded depending on how many rates are in the Cost Definition.
Use for: To follow up on an exception or to see baseloads (and to see if equipment is switched off at weekends) - also consider Site Monthly Profile Comparison Report
Accepts:
Ticking allows the report to use the costs set up in the Cost Definitions.
These will show at the bottom of the report, along with the consumption and percentage for each rate in the Cost Definition.
League Table Report
A League table report can rank Sites (Or Site Groups or TSPs) by a number of variables including Consumption or Cost, based on a selected Monitoring Point (e.g. Total Billed Electricity). The Bar Chart presents all selected Sites and their present and previous cost or consumption. The Move column in the results table demonstrates the changes in cost and consumption for each Site.
Use for: Analysis of your Estate – what do I need to look at in more detail? i.e. the highest user. Compare movement between this year and last year. Also consider League Table Normalised to compare by square meter.
Accepts:
Flexi-year Monthly Graph by Site
The Flexi-year Monthly Graph by Site shows a total for each month based on Consumption or Cost. The example below is using the Graph + Breakdown Table option (Report Template).
The average monthly figures shows for the cost or consumption and each monthly value is then displayed in the table below the graph
Accepts:
3 Utilities Profile Report
Select 3 Monitoring Points to analyse for a given period. You will get 4 graphs in total and the data is also shown in a table below the graphs.

Monthly Energy Summary
The Monthly Energy Summary shows a Monthly Energy Graph broken down by Cost Bands (defined in the Cost Definition). Two smaller Daily Graphs show the Maximum and Minimums for the Month. Also a Daily Consumption and Cost Table is shown on the same report.
Use for: Viewing a Month of data at a time for a particular TSP. Helps to see the pattern of usage along with the maximum and minimum demands. The cost is derived from the Cost Definition used when creating the report.
Accepts:
General Graph and Table Report
An account, meter or channel based report that allows the user to specify a period and interval of consumption to display. A bar graph will show above a summary table showing each interval. Average, maximum and minimum values are also shown.
Use for: A tool for analysing data using various different intervals. Can also help when investigating queries.
Accepts:
Channel Statistics Report
Tabular view of selected Periodic Channels (or other TSP) for a specified date range. Shows maximum and minimum consumption values for any 48 half hourly periods. The report also shows the last date of data as well as the number of values and zero values (actual, recorded, zero consumption, not Null values) for each selected Channel. Also shows % missing data, % estimated data and % actual data (+% any other).
Use for: Useful to check data is coming in from the Importer.

SelfReadValues |
This report produces per Non-Periodic Channel an output of reads across a selected date range, or it will produce a forecast read for a given date, produced by an accrual of the latest 2 earlier reads. The report also gives the Supply Point number, Account number and Supplier plus the Site name and first line of the address. Other data quality Items from the Channel are also given in the tables. The report may be run by selecting Sites, meters, Sub Meters or Channels.
Use for: Useful when you want to see the meter readings taken on a group of Non-Periodic Channels. The Option 4 allows you to export an Excel document will show showing the amount of previous Meter Readings for each Meter and their values. Also useful to show which Supply Point and Account are connected to the Meter. This can then be updated with current meter readings and imported via the Importing Activity.
