Once the Cost Definition

...

is set up, you can attach it to a Meter.

  • Right click on the Cost Definition, then Edit.
  • Select Meter Management  Image Removed.
  • Select the meters you want to link to this Cost Definition (use Ctrl + click to select multiple meter).
  • Drag the meters from the Unselected Meters to the All Selected Meters section
  • Click OK

  • Click   Image Removed to filter the meters in your database

From the Meter Editor

  • Right click on the Meter, then Edit
  • Click on Cost Definitions
  • Edit the Meter you want a Cost Definition applied to and clickImage Removed

All available cost definitions will show in a list.

  • Double click  Meter
  • Click Edit to open the Meter Editor 
  • Expand the Cost Definitions section 
  • Click Manage

  • Click on the Cost Definition you want to associate with the Meter with.  (The green tick appears once selected).

  • Meter  (so that you see a green tick next to it)

  • Click OK to save

The Cost Definition now shows in the Cost Definition section and will be used to define the cost per unit in the Budget.
