Same as Similar to GB – ElecBandppuThreshold however, instead of band rate )line 1, 2 etc), this uses the average pence per unit which can be applied across all accounts. DOES THIS MEAN COMMODITIES??WHY AVERAGE IF ITS LOOKING AT BAND A, ETC??

| Unit threshold (p) | The figure you do not want that field to be above, ie 10.5p. |

'threshold=10.50' - The threshold for the ppu on the line indicated in the Validator, ie 10.50p on Line 1 (Band A)'band=1.00' - The line on the bill to be checked. 1 = A, ie Band A, Line 1
'present=10.60' - The figure in the bill Supply Summary ie 10.60p, which is over the threshold figure of 10.50p
