Electricity Billed Energy vs Metered Energy Percentage

Compares the billed units to the DUOS metered units. The billed units should be higher as they include losses.

If the DUOS figures are uncharged, such as green units are not entered, then the percentage will probably be far too high as the DUOS will be lacking some kWh and be too low and the Validator will fail.

Requirement: For this Validator to work, the bill must be flagged as GSP. To do this, enter a 1 in the Flag 1 if GSP in the DUOS Section.

'MaxAllowedValue=11.00' - The maximum percentage difference, 11%

'PercDiff=95.238095' - The percentage difference between the two: 41000 (total metered) - 21000 (total DUOS) = 20000. 20000 is 95.238095% of 21000 (total DUOS)
