Introduction

This section how to set up Associated Data in bulk.  For instance, you may have 10 Sites that you want to add Floor Area data for. 

Once created, it can be viewed and updated in the Estate Management Activity.  Click here for details on how to update Associated Data Values.

(Note, you cannot use Estate Management to use the Wizard as you need to highlight more than one Site (or Item) at the same time.  Estate Management is designed to view one Site at a time, therefore you do not have the option to highlight more than one).

Opening the Reporting Activity 

As you need to highlight more than one Site, this can not be done in Estate Management.

        


         



         


The popup will default to Floor Area and m3, but amend as required:

          

The Channels have now been created, but individual values need to be added to each Channel.  Move to the Estate Management Activity to enter the values.

Adding the Associated Data Value

This can be done from any Activity, including Reporting or Estate Management

Assigning the Asset Type

The Asset Type can be assigned individually, or in bulk.
