GB – ElecFixedCharges
Calculates There are two to check the Fixed Charges, one for Electricity and one for Gas.
They both calculate the set daily amount for fixed charges based on calculated number of days in the billing period. It will fail if the value is higher than the threshold set.WHAT CELLS

- GB - GasFixedCharges
They both require a Property Key to be on the Site.
The Property Key needs a unique name (ie FixedElecCharges or FixedGasCharges) and you need to enter the figure you want to validate against.
For example, if you enter 20 you would expect the Fixed Charges on the Account to be £20 (add a tolerance to the Validator if you don't expect it to be exact, ie 10%)

- Open Estate Management
- Search for the Account Site and highlight itClick
- Properties Click > Edit 'Site Name'
- Click on the Tab
- Click
- Click on Fixed Charges FixedElecCharges (or FixedGasCharges)
- Click OK
- Click into the Value field to add the required Value (ie the Fixed Charges figure)
- Click OK
- Repeat to add the FixedGasCharges Property Key
