Example Tag CSV File for Importing Monitoring Points into Budgets
Creating Monitoring Points
If the Monitoring Points do not already exist, they will need to be created.

Creating the Tag CSV File for Monitoring Points
If you want to set individually monthly figures, you can create the Budget, then use the Importing Activity to add the figures.
It is important to fill out the CSV correctly to avoid creating incorrect data. Use the below guide to help you:
- The Black writing indicates the Tags or default values (Do NOT change)
- The Red writing indicates data that you will need to add
Note: The file can have as many rows as you need.
Remember to save the File as a CSV in order to import it.

Explaining the Tag CSV File
| Column | Requirement |

| Column B | Organisation name |
| Column D | Site Group Name |
| Column F | Site Name |
| Column H | Monitoring Point Name (same as Column K |
| Column J | Budget Group Name |
| Column K | Monitoring Point Name (same as Column H) |
| Column M | Target (leave blank if you want to use the same figure as the Budget |
| Column N | Start Date of the Budget |
| Column O | End Date of the Budget |
| Columns P to AA | The monthly Budget figures |
