Requirements: Consumption needs to entered in the bill for this to work (ie will not flag as failed if no consumption has been added)

'consumption=5549.00' - The figure in the Metered gas volume field, ie 5549

'CurrentValue=2.02289' - The figure in the Correction factor field on the current bill, ie 2.02289

'PreviousValue=2.02264' - The figure in the Correction factor field on the previous bill, ie 2.02264
