In line with our business commitment to deliver innovative and robust solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers, we release regular enhancement updates to our Sigma solution. These upgrades include new functionality, performance enhancements and bug fixes.

The 15.2 release include changes that enhance and fix a number of supplier billing file interfaces (EDI files) as well as security improvements.
New SSE Billing Interface - SSE have migrated their business Customers onto a new “Evolve” billing platform which has fundamentally changed the structure of their electronic billing files for electricity and gas. They have moved from the Tradacoms format, to a new XML format. Sigma has been updated to be able to process the new XML files.
New ADSM Billing Interface - The water supplier ADSM have made changes to their billing format as to how bills with multiple meters and credits are handled. This required the implementation of a new interface in order to be able to process these files.
Generic Electricity, Gas and Water Billing Interfaces - these generic CSV formats to load bills into Sigma have been updated to support bills which are subject to split rate VAT charging.
Corona Gas EDI Files - there was an issue on Corona gas EDI files where some charges (EBDS Discount, ETII Discount, QHS Discount) were being presented in the EDI file in a way that could not be processed by Sigma.
Business Stream Water EDI Files - there was an issue processing EDI files with water usage consumption and charges which were zero.
